Mitra is an extraordinary energy practitioner and has helped me achieve a sense of clarity and balance, confidence, and peace that I did not believe possible. Mitra was recommended to me at a time I was feeling anxious and extremely overwhelmed in life. She offered tools that ranged from guided meditation to practices I hadn't encountered previously such as chakra balancing, energetic cord cutting, and ancestral healing. Mitra came to my home to offer a private cacao ceremony to myself and three guests (total of two men and two women). She came prepared with the pre-made cacao and wonderful table preparations for the hour+ ceremony. I had very little experience with cacao ceremonies and my guests had none. Every one of us were moved by Mitra’s skills in leading us through exercises ofemotional and spiritual openness. We all felt ourselves journeying to a spiritual place that offered insight and learning that was outside analytical reflection. We further felt connected and easily shared our experiences with each other. It was a wonderful experience.

My experience working with Mitra is not something easily put into words. My sessions with her have been nothing short of life changing. During one of the most difficult times of my life, a battle with cancer and the challenges of chemotherapy, Mitra was a grounding, healing presence. Each session helped me release fear, pain, and emotional heaviness I didn’t even realize I was carrying. Attending the Full Moon Cacao Ceremony with Mitra at the beginning of the New Year was exactly the reset I needed. Mitra created a safe, intentional space that allowed me to slow down, breathe, and release. I was able to pause and reflect on the lessons that came up without judgment, which was especially meaningful for me. The sound bath was deeply calming and left me feeling lighter, helping me pray with greater clarity about my heart’s desires. Although this was my first Full Moon Cacao Ceremony, it will not be my last. I left with practical tools I can use daily and a commitment to regularly integrate this practice into my spiritual growth. I’m deeply grateful for the experience and would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking healing, reflection, and connection.  
 

I can’t recommend the Cacao Ceremony highly enough. Mitra creates an environment to celebrate and honor the Earth and Inner spirit.  It is a holistic sensory experience with a focus on gratitude.  The opportunity to pause and journal a quick reflection on the experience allows space for processing your individual journey.  For me, this experience was a true communion with my universal soul.

Mitra has been my guide through energy work for several years.  Her excellent process has helped me to deepen my grounding in compassion and connection.  While the in-person sessions are more powerful, even doing the online sessions have brought the centering needed in the moment.  Mitra truly is a healer of spirits.
